What is an ITIN Loan? It is a flexible full documentation mortgage for individuals with an "Individual Tax Identification Number" in lieu of a Social Security Number.

Our ITIN Program is for borrowers who live and work in the US, that have a Valid ITIN Number and file US Tax Returns under their ITIN Number. Borrowers can be Wage Earners paid W2 by their employer or Self-Employed.
